  1. Mental Health: provider dedicated in mental health training

  2. Someone to talk to: feel free to just chat about your thoughts.

  3. General Medical questions: questions not related to mental health.

  4. Dental/Orofacial questions: questions aimed specifically at oral hygiene or or oral trauma

  5. Physical Therapy questions: virtual support for physical therapy

  6. Medication-related questions: no medication prescriptions will be made

  7. Specialty-specific questions: ask our medical specialists a variety of questions

Step Two.

 

Select the language of your choice.

  • We offer services in Arabic, English, and French.

Step Three.

 

Select a date and time that works for you.

  1. Select your desired date and time of appointment

  2. Fill out the patient questionnaire form

  3. Agree to the terms and conditions

  4. You will get a confirmation email. When it comes time for your appointment, click the “doxy.me” link in that email to be connected to your provider

  5. Connect for your FREE 30 minute session

  6. Sign up as many times as you would like

  7. Email info@healbeirut.com with any questions

If you have questions for a specific specialty, cannot find a time to book, or would like a follow up appointment with a specific provider, please contact info@healbeirut.com and we will connect you with someone.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. All sessions are FREE, provided by volunteers.

Do I have to be within Lebanon?

Yes. Only those who are currently within Lebanon can sign up and attend an appointment.

How can I schedule an appointment with the same provider?

Please contact info@healbeirut.com so we can schedule this for you.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Heal Beirut does not provide actual medical services, and the services on this website are NOT HIPAA compliant. However, you have the option to submit your information anonymously. We will not share or sell information with outside parties.

Can I get a same day appointment?

Often, yes. On the patient sign up page, schedule a booking, and if someone is available on the same day, there will be an opening in the schedule.

How many appointments can I attend?

Unlimited. You can sign up for as many sessions as you would like.
